Founded originally as Hall N Wright Distributing Co. in May 1999 by two friends Victor Wright & James Hall, Wright Distributing, Inc. has focused since inception on bringing geographically unique products to worldwide markets. Starting with the highly acclaimed Olympic Peninsula Alder Smoked Salmon Productstm appealed most to our company since, after all, the beautiful Olympic Peninsula is home. Our uniquely Pacific Northwest cooking & wood products soon followed. In July 2007, James retired and sold his interest in the company to the Wright family.

Cooking and grilling salmon, seafood or other meats on 100% natural Alder, Maple or Cedar wood planks increases the food's juice retention while instilling delightful wood smoked flavor.
Large Planks
Measuring a large 7.5" x 15" and, over a 1/2" thick, these fresh cut, all natural Western Red Cedar (the safe cedar) grilling planks take grilled salmon or seafood to a heavenly level. Depending on your grilling habits, these planks can be used 1-2 times before utilizing as wood smoking chunks.
Single Serving Planks
These economically friendly flavor savers easily hold up to 10 oz. portions & fit atop any dinner plate. Single Serving planks measure approximately 5" x 7.5" x 1/4" thick.
