Lopez Island Farm creates gourmet specialty foods from apples grown by us and local farms here in the Pacific Northwest. Located in the San Juan Islands of the Pacific Northwest, Lopez Island Farm produces a unique family of specialty apple creations. Caressed by gentle sea breezes, this region is blessed with a moderate climate perfect for growing apples.
At the beginning of the 20th century San Juan and the surrounding counties were major producers of apples for the growing community of Seattle. Then commercial apple production moved to the east side of the Cascade crest. Lopez Island Farm uses apples from Washington State to provide a tart apple flavor and sweetness in our products. All of our products are made with only natural ingredients with no fillers or preservatives added. By buying locally made products you are helping to support a local farm and ensure that high quality locally produced food will be available in the future.
We also offer beef, lamb, and pork from pasture raised animals. Once you have tasted pork from pigs raised on pasture where they can graze and root you will never settle for anything less again. All of our products can be found at our farm store here on Lopez Island open every day all year.
