Lopez Larry cooked professionally throughout the western United States for twenty years. Burned out with that scene, he started a landscaping business while continuing to make his unique sauces to sell at local farmers markets.

His lawn business lasted six months and his sauce business is currently thriving.

That was 20 years ago with 3 sauces. Currently, Lopez Larry offers 10 sauces that can be found in gourmet food stores around Washington State.
