Pacific Crest Foraging is a small scale foraging\wildcrafting company located in Western Washington, along the Puget Sound. Started by two friends who share a love for nature,cooking and sustainable food systems. Pacific Crest Foraging brings ethically harvested choice edibles to farmers markets and restaurants in Seattle and on the Olympic Peninsula. We are also involved with native seed collecting and saving, working with local seed companies whenever possible.
Dave and Steve met eight years ago in Seattle. Both having a deep connection to the wilderness and a strong commitment to sustainable and ecologically responsible food production. They started to seek out wild foods and began to study wild food habitats. Today they continue to explore and learn from and about Washington’s forests. Dave and Steve have been foraging, preparing and learning about wild foods for over fifteen years combined.
