Ordering Information:
Order Online (preferred method): Don't worry - we have excellent credit card protection! Our bank insists on it and so do you. If you have questions, email us at info@mysterybayshipping.com.

Order By Phone: Orders may be placed between 9 AM and 7 PM PST Monday - Saturday by calling toll-free 1-877-404-6272. One of our friendly staff members will gladly assist you with placing your order or answering your questions.

Substitutions: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary in a gift basket, but quality is never compromised.

Availability: Place holiday orders early to ensure availability and on-time delivery. If, during peak season, we find that we are out of an item you have selected, we will contact you with suggestions.

Custom Orders: We can handle custom orders small AND large. If you want to send a corporate gift basket - or one each for every member of your family, we can make that happen. We have designers on staff who are happy to help you create the perfect custom basket. Delivery and Shipping Info:
These gifts are referred to as shipped gifts, so the physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required, as deliveries cannot be made to a Post Office box.

We have a variety of shipping methods available ranging from Standard Ground Delivery to Standard Overnight Delivery - via either FedEx or UPS.

Shipping amount is based on flat rate shipping.

We offer next day shipping Mon-Fri, cutoff is 12pm PST. During holidays cutoff times are extended, please add an item to your cart for up to date shipping information.

Note that our gift baskets cannot be "bundled" for shipping. For individual product orders, we will, of course, package as much as is convenient together to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.

If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!

NOTE:

Your gift basket will contain the products listed in the item description, but please note that items shown standing upright in a photo may need to be laid down for shipping purposes. The basket will be shrink wrapped to secure the contents, and decorated with a coordinating hand-tied bow or ribbon. The basket will be padded and boxed to insure a safe delivery.

Chocolate is shipped ONLY from October to April.

Basket item substitutions are occasionally necessary due to seasonal availability. Substituted items will be of equal or greater value.
