SPECIAL SEASONAL NOTE: Our very fresh artisanal cheeses do not travel well in the hot summer months. Unfortunately. Therefore, we must insist that any order that includes cheese be shipped overnight. In some few cases it may be possible to ship by 2-Day Fed Ex if it can be delivered to a business.

If cheese is included in your order, please choose the "ground" option with the understanding that a more expedited (and higher cost) shipping method may be required. We will contact you to discuss shipping options on any order with cheese included. We can also offer the option of a product substitution.
