We started off with Hell's Honey from the Golden Harvest Bee Ranch on Whidbey Island - a surprising twist on nature's own natural sweetener. Where have those bees been? We added Gourmet Pepper Sauce, a genuine Louisiana-style hot sauce with a very special flavor from Cornet Bay, also on Whidbey Island. Then we included three packets of Charlie's dried chile varietals (smoked and not smoked) from Some Like it Hott! We've chosen Paprika Verde, Paprika d'Espelete, and Fuzdenpaprika for your enjoyment. This basket is a sure-fire hit with chile-heads and flavor lovers in your life!
To cool things down a little bit, add a 22 oz. craft brewed ale from Port Townsend Brewing Company. We've chosen a Boatyard Bitter to pair with this basket and a pint glass to serve it in but you are welcome to make your own choices.
